In Spring 2019, MARKET expanded its vision beyond traditional retail to incorporate a dynamic fashion incubator with the launch of The Pop-Up Concept. While continuing to operate as a premier luxury boutique, MARKET introduced short-term, fully branded pop-ups designed to provide emerging brands with a strategic test window into the Texas market. The first collaboration with La Ligne, originally planned as a three-week activation, proved instrumental in accelerating the brand’s growth—ultimately leading to the opening of its own brick-and-mortar location in Highland Park Village, MARKET’s newest neighbor. In addition to La Ligne, five other pop-up alums have also opened brick-and-mortar stores in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
MARKET unveiled its Fine Jewelry Residency Program in September 2025. The residency program is an extension of MARKET’s ongoing incubator initiative for Texas-curious designers to test-pilot the Lone Star State. The program offers a highly curated experience, with featured fine jewelry designers showcased in their own custom-designed cases. Guests are invited to discover a broader assortment of styles, shop exclusive products, and attend special events throughout the year that highlight the artistry and vision of each designer. MARKET launched the Residency with Spinelli Kilcollin, the Los Angeles–based fine jewelry house celebrated for its architectural designs and cult following.
MARKET’s short-term yet fully branded pop-ups range from 6 to 24 months, offering brands a unique test window into the Texas market before launching standalone locations in the Lone Star State. Through a dynamic blend of wholesale partnerships and incubator spaces, MARKET remains the ultimate destination for discovering the new, the next, and the now in fashion.
